There’s an interesting discussion going on at ABestWeb concerning problems that affiliates are having when they attempt to login to Linkshare. Affiliates there are not happy.

I’ve also had these same problems and have had to “reset” my password over a dozen times to work with the Nascar.com affiliate program there.

It is BEYOND frustrating and does not set a good upfront experience for affiliates when they have to deal with headaches such as login problems that seemed to have been solved five years ago by every other service using secure logins.

Hopefully, the thread there will lead to better network user experiences (something along the lines of “ShareASale’s Month of the Interface“) Every network can learn a great lesson by paying attention to this issue!
