Widgipedia is a nifty new site which enables you to search through thousands of widgets and find the right one for your site or personal needs. I even found a keyword widget that shows the top 30 search terms for various search engines and metacrawlers over the past 48 hours.

Widgipedia taken with a few of the excellent widget-focused blogs can help you learn how widgets work, how widgets can improve your online marketing program, and how to monetize widgets.

Here are my favorite widget blogs that I read every day. I’m constantly finding new ones, so email me if you need some recommendations besides these…

Widgetoko

Snipperoo

eHub

Mashable

Sexy Widget

Widgify

StickiWidgets

LogDirect

Widgets Lab

That’s just a few (if you know of others, let me know… I may have found them already but maybe not) but should help you to learn more about widgets and their uses. Subscribe to their feeds and do some reading-up while you brainstorm on your widget implementation in 2007.
